We sell sarees and ethnic wear. Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.

3. PRICING
All prices are in AED and may change without notice.

4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• Available within UAE only  
• Orders may be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch  
• Customer must be available to receive and pay  
• Rejected COD orders may lead to future restrictions  

6. DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days. Delays may occur due to external factors.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide accurate details. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (logo, images, text) belongs to ARIES CART.

9. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for courier delays or indirect damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by UAE law.
