We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is delivered.

Before placing an order:

Conditions:
• Must report within 24 hours of delivery  
• Unboxing video proof is required  
• Item must be unused and in original packaging  

Approved cases will receive replacement only (no refund).
